Why is there a surcharge on some colours such as Golden Oak?

Some colours are in a a laminated finish which requires a slightly different manufacturing process, you can expect to see this increased price for the same colours anywhere that sells Gliderol doors. The type of finish for a colour also depends on the type of door e.g. Mahogany woodgrain is a standard finish on uninsulated doors but is a laminated finish on insulated doors.
